Mr. President's Alexa -
Huacaya, Bred Female, Beige
Alexa's cria shearing yielded 9 pounds of fiber, a record among our crias at Sunny Mesa. Her blanket alone weighed 5 pounds 3 ounces. Needless to say, one of her strengths is density coupled with correct conformation and very nice crimp.
She is bred to Sunny Mesa's Royal Troon, son of MFI Brock (Augusto line) for a spring 2008 cria. We selected Troon for his exquisite fiber character, brightness and fineness as we know the Augusto/Mr. President combination produces exceptional fleece. Alexa's disposition is perfect for a calm foundation Dam and a favorite at our ranch among her peers and among her caretakers. |
